Instead of probing business issues, organisational charts and theory, we focus on the cooperation – the communication, working climate, culture and leadership. We have developed our own, effective methods to rapidly train managers in becoming competent, coaching leaders.

Our expertise is to train and develop leaders’ mindsets and abilities in a way that ensures people really start to change, to behave differently and to find a new version of themselves as leaders – an involving, empowering manager who is still being themselves. Our method is designed to create awareness about and shift managers’ “way of being” in favor of becoming more empowering.

A new view on leadership

Participants are given a whole new view of what leadership can be. They discover insights about their pitfalls, giving them self-interest to intensively train in the "new". They learn new ways to relate and lead, and develop abilities that generate commitment and responsibility in their employees. This means they not only gain new insights, but change how they are, behave, and communicate.
